Privacy Policy

When you submit a sample request or an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, role, work email, phone or messaging number (only if you choose a phone-based contact method), destination country and city, volume interest, roast profile preference and any notes you add. We also record the time of submission and your browser's timezone so we can reply within your working hours.

We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and ship sample packs, prepare quotations and shipping documentation, and keep a record of our commercial correspondence with you. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.

We process your details on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@kofi-origin.com, and we will stop contacting you.

Submissions are stored in our access-controlled database and are also delivered to our export desk by email. Only Kofi Origin staff who handle enquiries and shipments can view them. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block automated abuse; reCAPTCHA is provided by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy terms.

We retain enquiry and sample-request records for as long as needed to serve the commercial relationship and to meet export record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your record sooner where no such obligation applies.

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Write to hello@kofi-origin.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
